Contest Terms and Conditions

Only one entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified from the contest. Full name of winner must be indicated on the entry form. We do not sell or disclose your entry form information to third-party companies (see our privacy policy for more details).

No purchase necessary. Enter by registering at Artevo.com. To be eligible for the Contest, all fields must be completed in full on the ballot. All entries become the property of Artevo.com and will not be returned or acknowledged.

The random winner will receive a home full of art valued at $25,000 Canadian. You will receive 1 piece of art per month until the full value of the contest is reached. Winner must select artwork only from Artevo.com and only from the Fine Art Giclée Collection. Some restrictions may apply.

Shipping, handling and taxes pertaining to the awarded artwork is not included in the contest and is the expense of the winner.

Winners agree to have their photo, name and area of residence posted on Artevo.com.

Prize must be claimed via e-mail no later than 5 days after the winner is notified by email.

The winners will be chosen at random by an Artevo.com Employee or one of its representatives.

Decisions relating to the prize drawing and interpretation of contest rules shall be made by Artevo.com.

The Contest will run from October 1, 2007 to January 31, 2008. A winner will be selected after the end of the contest no later than February 15th, 2008.

Employees and Employee family members of Artevo.com, its marketing partners and its affiliates are ineligible for this contest.

To be eligible, online entries must be received by Artevo.com by 11:59 PM Mountain Standard Time on January 31, 2008. Artevo.com holds no responsibility for entries that are lost, misdirected, delayed or received after the contest deadline.

This contest is open to all residents who have reached the age of majority according to the law of the province or state in which they are resident.

The contest is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws and is void where prohibited by law.

By submitting a Contest Ballot, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and regulations.

Prize must be accepted as awarded.
